    The GRPI model and workshop helps leaders better understand which phase of team development the team is in, assess where the team is more and less effective, and prioritize what actions the leader should take now to have the greatest positive impact on the team’s performance.

    Specifically, GRPI focuses on building shared goals, clear roles and responsibilities, team processes and strong interpersonal relationships

    RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed)

    The RACI model is used to clarify, define and diagram team member roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities. It specifically identifies who should be Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed, when performing specific tasks, milestones and deliverables. It also helps identify process ambiguities, raise hand-off issues and bring differences out in the open to proactively resolve them in a collaborative manner.

    Improving Interpersonal Dynamics using Ntrinsx

  • The New Leader-Team Integration Session is a New Leader On-boarding tool used to accelerate the creation of effective working relationships between a new leader and his or her team.

    This tool provides an opportunity for both the leader and the team to establish open channels of communication, exchange views, and become more acquainted with their respective operating styles and expectations. The tool dramatically shortens the time required for the new leader to become effective.

    This insightful tool was specifically developed by our team for our clients. It is not a test or assessment with “right” or “wrong” answers. Rather, this tool has been designed to help you reflect on what you value most, what areas of your life you are feeling most and least fulfilled, and what adjustments can be made to live an improved, more balanced life.

    Our 3 step process is:

      Guided by a coach, you will receive your individually customized LoV Inventory results and reflect on who you are and want to become, why you exist and what you value most.

    • Action Planning
      Individually, you will assess where you are most and least fulfilled, prioritize what matters most to you and create an individualized action plan.

      Stay focused on what matters most, proactively monitor progress, celebrate small wins and course correct as needed.

    • Tornado Drill: a process used to categorize and prioritize the aspects of your life, including tasks, responsibilities, and relationships. By outlining what is flying around in your life, you will then organize them in a format to help you prioritize what's most important.
