Paul Hott is an innovative executive, coach and consultant with 28 years of progressive and diverse experience leading global HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Talent teams across multiple industries. He has a proven ability to partner with leaders to implement talent strategies that build high performing and engaged workforces that deliver sustainable business growth.
Paul has dedicated his career to helping individuals, leaders, and organizations accelerate their development, improve performance and scale their impact. Paul utilizes a human-centered approach to coaching and consulting that is pragmatic, both behavior and results oriented, and focused on developing the critical areas that matter most to the individual and the team.
As a leader, Paul gained experience and perspective from a variety of leadership roles within private, public, and non-profit organizations. Paul recently held the roles of General Partner at Edward Jones and SVP, Organization & Talent Effectiveness at Reinsurance Group of America (RGA). Paul also served as Board President for Connections to Success for 9 years, a non-profit organization located in St. Charles, MO.
Prior to RGA, Paul served as the Vice President of Global Human Resources and Corporate Compliance Officer for Savvis, A CenturyLink Company. Paul was Senior Vice President, Leadership and Coaching Skill Development at Bank of America and held progressive HR leadership roles at the Pillsbury Company and General Electric.
Paul completed his MBA at The University of Iowa with a concentration in Human Resources.
In his free time, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, trail running, golfing and volunteering.
